Changing beliefs with Micro EFT in seconds


Contrary to common belief it is not the time you spnd on changing old habits and beliefs but repetition.


Therefore I created Micro EFT so you can work on issues that hold you back extra quickly anywhere you are, Micro EFT only takes 10 seconds to do. It works on the homeopathic principle of regular micro inputs producing macro results. View Micro EFT as taking your medicine regularly, several times per day, until you feel better.


To shift your mental state quickly you must keep the body's energy moving too. When energy gets stuck blockages occur. Your mental focus gets fussy and you feel listless.


The good news is that it only takes seconds to create cognitive shifts. Scientific studies have proven that the mind only focuses on any one thing for two to three seconds at a time. There are three reasons why for most of us this simple technique does not work:



  • We don't know how to reframe old beliefs correctly 

  • Geopathic stress and electro magnetic pollution keep cluttering up your energy system  

  • Poor nutriton absorbtion causes further energy blockages


With Micro EFT you tap three main meridian points to stimulate the energy flow in your body whilst creating  precise mental re-frames simultaneously. Add repitition and you have a potent tool to change your state of mind where ever you are.


The Micro EFT Process:


You  tap on three meridian points whilst you reframe a negative belief.


The three points are:



  • The Crown of the head

  • The left and right collarbone

  • The sternum


Begin by tapping on the crown of the head using your finger tips. Tap 5 to 7 times whilst you mentally acknowledge a negative belief you want to change.


Cross your arms and tap simultaneously with the fingertips of the left hand just below the right collarbone and with the fingers of the right hand just below the left collarbone , abut two inches either side of the centre. Tap 5 to 7 times and say the new belief/ habit you wantto adopt.


Finally make a fist and tap on the sternum, about 5 inches below the centre of the collarbone. Tap on this point, 5 to 7 times, repeating the new belief. You can also tap a circle in a clockwise direction.


That’s all there is to it. The entire procedure takes about 10 seconds to do.  Do this routine at least three times per day. In the morning before getting up, in the afternoon and last thing at night.


Remember repetition is the key to success. It is not the amount of time you are spending on this process, but repetition and intensity of focus, which gets you results.
